I bought this fridge along with a stove and a couple other appliances about three weeks ago. The fridge makes an electrical buzzing sound and when it does, we can smell a burning smell. Customer service has been dreadful and pathetic. We’ve been without a working fridge or stove for 3 weeks now and we’re worried this fridge may burn our house down. The store we bought it from won’t help and Frigidaire does not seem to care.

I purchased the Frigidaire 36 in 28.8 cu ft. Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator with auto-close doors just over a year ago from Costco. During the past five months, I have been experiencing issues with the refrigerator. It has been freezing food on the shelves, causing me to have to discard many items and randomly makes very loud noises as if it's a 747 ready for take off. The quality of the drawers is very cheap as I have noticed that there are gaps where they should slide in and line up. As a result of being dissatisfied with the functionality of the refrigerator, I put in a call to Costco. I was told they only honour returns on appliances after 90 days, and that I would have to go through the manufacturer Frigidaire. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. They are extremely inconsiderate and inconvenient when it comes to scheduling a technician to come and access the problem. I have already had this refrigerator serviced twice. The technician came to the house to figure out the problem and then came back to fix it. However, here I am with the same issue again and have been waiting weeks to get another technician to come back. Time is of the essence when it comes to a warranty and with the cost of food with a family. The only times I have been told that a technician is able to come is between 8am and 3pm when I am working. On the many occasions I have called to have this issue resolved and have a scheduled technician come out, I am constantly being told that they will call me back. Now, I am at the point where I have to take time off work to get someone here. I am not sure what will happen if they have to come back again because I am not willing to take my time off for this. Customer service is terrible. All I want is to have my refrigerator work and nobody seems to care. I would NOT recommend buying an appliance from Costco as they just pass you along if there's an issue. I would NOT ever buy another refrigerator from Frigidaire because they obviously do not support or care about customer satisfaction when the customer still has a warranty.

It's a fridge - it does the trick. Lots of space and looks pretty nice.

Having only had the fridge for a few weeks, 5-stars hasn't yet been earned. So far we're pleased with a working fridge. It's large - we keyed in on height and width but should have noted its depth as well. There is a TON of room inside._x000D_ Only issue - the right side fridge door is hanging slightly askew so there is an uneven space between the front doors from top to bottom.

We bought this a few weeks ago and are so happy with this fridge. I like that we can open one door for a quick grab and there is so much space on the doors for my condiments, leaving so much room in the main part.

We bought this at Costco and we love how it fits in our kitchen, and how spacious it is inside. The freezer is large enough so we don't need an aditional freezer like we did with our previous unit.

We have had our new fridge about a month. It has a lot of space and fits large tall containers no problem in the adjustable door shelves. The freezer has plenty of room also, especially if you are not using the ice maker. Have not tried the water dispenser or ice maker yet, waiting to get a line ran to it. Large crispers for veggies and a large bottom drawer for meats and cheeses. Also has an alarm that sounds when there has been a power outage so you know to check your food, and a freezer boost button that lowers your fridge to -22 when you put new meet in it for 24 hours to freeze it quickly. Very happy so far with this product!

Bought this fridge August 27th 2024._x000D_ Problem with seal condensation. Still waiting for the seal apparently now 27. Because manufacturers now send it out for warranty services. _x000D_ Brand new fridge . Signed very disappointing.
