I purchased this unit about 3 weeks ago and I'm thrilled! The freezer quickly chilled and holds the food solidly frozen. The size is perfect too.

I bought this two months ago and it came with a broken compressor (or so I've been told). Frigidaire sent out one tech to diagnose, then another to repair it once the part arrived. The 2nd tech said it couldn't be repaired. So, back to the phone. The last call with customer service lasted 90 minutes and the resolution was disappointing. They gave me credit for the purchase price (NOT INCLUDING THE TAX) and no consideration for hauling the broken unit away. To conclude, I purchased a broken appliance and it ended up costing me money to get rid of it. I would not advise anyone to buy appliances from Frigidaire with their illogical, anti-customer policies.

I was Searching for a chest freezer for my garage. I found this upright version so much easier to use and not have to dig through to the bottom of a chest.

We purchased one month ago and it is currently in our garage. This freezer is so quiet! I love this freezer's sleek stainless steel look and there are enough shelves and space for me to organize by different kinds of meats with plenty of room for sides, treats, etc.
