3 Cheap manufacturing

I bought this about a month ago. It was very troublesome to install due to its non-standard height. Materials it was made from are fragile and the machine has a part that keeps leaking slightly from the front. The quality of wash is satisfactory, but I am not happy with the craftsmanship.

5 Good size for NYC apartment

We had to retrofit a dishwasher b/c we made the poor decision of doing a full renovation on our kitchen in NYC and thinking it was fine not to have one. We've never owned one and now that we have one installed for the past month, it has made our lives so much better. We are a family of 3, we only run it maybe every other day at most b/c it fits so much even with the amount of dishes we generate. Not silent but more than quiet enough for us, dishes come out great and drying function works well.

2 Bottom rack won’t stay on the track

I moved into a newly renovated apartment with all new appliances two months ago. This dishwasher is such a pain that it’s often easier to wash my dishes by hand. The bottom rack refuses to stay on the track if there are more than a few dishes loaded into it. It’s as if the wheels are too small or the rack is too narrow. If you try to move the rack in or out of the machine it falls off the track and won’t move unless it’s lifted out of the gutter. It doesn’t happen some times, it happens every time. I was surprised to see it advertised as fitting service for eight because I can barely get service for two in the bottom rack before it revolts. I’m glad I didn’t pay for the machine but unhappy that it’s taking up cabinet space.

2 Cleans dishes, but dish racks are not well thoughout

This 18" Frigidaire definitely fit my space requirements and budget, but I don't understand the dish rack design. Its awful, I can barely fit more than a few dishes + glasses. I could pack my last 18" dishwasher full of all size plates, glasses, dishware and this model just doesn't make it worth it to even run based on the few items that fit.

4 Poor internal design

Our old GE was much better with interior space for dishes. We were able to load a lot more dishes. Both top and bottom racks are poorly designed. Would not recommend

4 Happy with purchase

So far the dishwasher runs well. The soap dispenser door stuck closed on two loads, but otherwise it's quiet and cleans well
