I bought this machine a year ago and it works great! There aren’t many choices in this size dishwasher but it’s sleek, attractive and functions perfectly for our needs!

Bought this a few weeks ago. Still can't get the instructions. Having to "google translate" one page at a time from French or Spanish to English.....DUMB....Ready to return the darn thing.

I was happy with this unit but it broke in less than one year. _x000D_ The circulation pump is broken. Must be a common part to break on this model/unit as I see similar complaints. I called for warranty and they assigned me a repair service in my city. It has been a month and I am_x000D_ still washing dishes by hand. I waited for a back ordered part but it turned out to be the wrong pump as the repair person made a mistake. I now have to wait for a new part and install date. I would guess I will be doing dishes by hand for another month. Not happy at all with this product and quite honestly a bit surprised to especially based on the price tag and more premium look to this product.

FIFTH time dishwasher has broken down in less than 8 months of use!_x000D_ Can barely use the unit 2-3 times before it breaks down, with the SAME error code i4. Takes multiple days of continuous long wait times, and phone agents hanging up to get a ticket started. Have had to use 7 vacation days from work to sit around and wait for technicians. Technicians are from some third party contractor who obviously want to get money from Frigidaire so they keep replacing the crappy parts that keep breaking down, instead of having the defective unit replaced. _x000D_ No supervisors or representatives available to take calls for escalations, horrendous customer service. Still waiting for a call back. _x000D_ _x000D_ Either acknowledge the horrible quality of the product and take off the market, or contact client back to replace defective unit.

Why is there a code I4 all of sudden. Worked find this afternoon and then this code came on and can not get rid of it. Check drain intake and no leaks. Why does this happen so quickly?

I like the fact that there is more room in this dishwasher than my old one from the mid - 90's. The configuration is much better so you can put in bigger pots and pans
