I bought to replace a 20 year old existing 18 inch. Nice modern update that fit perfectly into the existing space. Seems to be more efficient. Shipping was a month out

The dishwasher broke in 2 month, it took 2 and half more months and 3 trips for the authorized repairman to finally fix it!_x000D_ First trip, did nothing and left, after repeated calling, he said he could not remove the dishwasher from under the counter top. Why not tell us?_x000D_ We managed to remove the dishwasher and it took two weeks to get the repairman back to look at it again, he left without telling anybody what is wrong, after repeated phone calls, he said the pump was broken, and he ordered one, but ETD is indefinite!_x000D_ _x000D_ This is ridiculous! this is a rental property and we lose revenues during all this time! I have to call Frigidaire and complain to have them expedite the pump, another 2 weeks passed._x000D_ _x000D_ It takes 2-1/2 month to fix this?_x000D_ _x000D_ The failed part is annoying enough, what it took to have it fixed is absolutely unacceptable! I own a lot of Frigidaire appliances. seriously thinking of switching brands now.

We are very happy with this purchase. Had a 20 year old washer that was working but so loud we had to plan when to run it. Found this Frigidaire small dishwasher at home Depot and couldn't be happier. Nice and quiet and does a great job.

This product exceeded my expectations, it is so quiet, it cleans the dishes spotless (and I do not rinse) I have not tried any pots or pans as of yet but that will be coming soon.
