I am very pleased with this dishwasher. It is quiet, reliable and items s come out sparkling clean. Even items that I thought had permanent stains, came out looking like new. It's a smaller model and it fits into my small country home perfectly. I've been running it every day since it was installed and never had any problem. I recommend this dishwasher to anyone wanting a reliable and space efficient product.

Easy to use, quite, and cleans well. Loading top rack with bowls can limit space for drink ware. Ultimately happy with unit.

I bought this after the old one (2006 vintage) died just after Christmas. My only complaint in the buying process is that it cost more than the equivalent 24" models. How come the smaller one costs more??? The biggest problem is that it doesn't dry dishes well. After running the dishes are still damp and there is water on the door and sides of the dishwasher. I am using rinse aid and heated dry per the instructions.

For an 18'' builtin dishwasher, there is plenty of room for a place setting for 12. The stainless steel interior keeps clean and the eating utensil rack is very spacious.

Bought this over a month ago....LOVE IT! First I had purchased a DANBY dishwasher - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Came dented, then heater element went out and features are difficult to understand (French Canadian). Returned it and bought my Frigidaire - washes perfect and is quiet. Highly recommend!!

I have recently moved back into my condo 6 months after lightning hit. It takes a bit of time getting used to less space than I had with my standard sized one. However, it seems to be working well. I'm curious why there is a setting for 2.5 hour cycle [think that is right] that showed up at first usage. Needless to say, I found the 1 hr cycle quickly enough!

We did an upgrade from pretty old dishwasher and the difference definitively shows. Leaves dishes sparking clean and dried even without the heat option turned on. Only con is that it seems to use too much resources on the 1-hour + modes. Also, PRO TIP: Use half of a tablet. It's enough for this washer.
