Bought our frigidaire dishwasher Oct. 2019. Pump is shot. Lowe's has told us this unit only has a 90 warranty. Won't be replacing it with another frigidaire!

Love the hour wash and it is powerful when washing. Wish the door arms were more inward instead of sticking out a bit.

This dishwasher is quite inexpensive compared to others but it does a fantastic job cleaning dishes. I know others who complain that their expensive dishwasher leaves dishes dirty so I am pleased with the purchase of this one. I'd definitely recommend.

Bought it end of May 2019. Had it installed on June 6th of 2019. Fast forward to February 22 2021. Stopped working, no drainage. Went out and bought a new DRAIN PUMP. Cost to me was $75. Installed the pump. NO GO. Because I installed the pump I could not return it. Now I am out the cost of the appliance AND the cost of a pump. I tried calling Frigidaire but they were not taking calls. I sent an e-mail and no response.

Bought this 3 months ago and recent burning smell when it starts, nothing on element to cause this. They sure don't make them like they used to l.

This machine was sparking during its first time running circle. It was running ok during the first couple minutes and then suddenly sparks showed on the lower left corner and the machine stopped immediately. I shut down the power and When I opened the door , warm vapour came out and a lot of water stayed at the bottom. First time use, died after couple minutes. I want to give zero!

Three weeks into our new dishwasher we have rust on the tops of almost all of the bottom rack pieces. So very dissappointed. And no exchanges or returns!

Dishwasher is less than 2 months old and the door latch does not work. Door opens mid cycle and water leaks out

I purchased this dishwasher last summer. After 7 months of use, the top rack started falling out of the wheels. One of the prongs/ coating had split and the metal underneath started rusting. (This seems to be a known problem for this model) The prong no longer stays in the wheel, making the top rack unusable. Customer service has told me that the top rack is considered a "non functioning part" and that it is only under warranty for 6 months and that I have to purchase a new top rack. I'm very disappointed in the life of this Frigidaire product, as well as, the company's response to the issue.
