Brought as replacement for 15 year old kenmore unit that was too expensive to repair. Solid machine, with simple controls that does a very good job cleaning. Easy to install.

Disappointed from the beginning. First, I realized there isn't a release handle to open the door. You just yank on the handle. Called for repairs within a few months when I discovered a clamp was over-tightened and had been leaking. Kitchen floor was destroyed and the company actually paid for the flooring repair. At that time, they also replaced the interior parts for the button controls because I'd have to push extremely hard in *just the right spot* to make a button work to turn the machine on. And today, the latch won't hold the door close so the dishwasher will not turn on. So Disappointed.

I had problems from the beginning. Approximately 4 months after installation, it leaked and ruined my kitchen floor. Thankfully, it was still under warranty. Repair person determined a hose on the top that had been over-tightened causing a slow leak (which wasn't noticed until I did 3 loads in 1 day at Christmas). During the repair appointment, he also replaced the control panel because I had to push buttons with a lot of force to select . Unfortunately, it didn't improve much even after the new part. Just recently, the latch has malfunctioned and the door will not stay closed (but the machine will still turn on!).

I bought this a month ago, using it at least once a day, sometimes more, dishes are very clean and not streaky. The dishwasher is very quiet. I have had a few dishwashers, this is the best and I highly recommend it. I absolutely love it. It is also large and does a great job with a full load, very happy with it.
