It get the job done, and without the splash guard we had to replace every 6 weeks it's a plus!

Nice looking unit. But it is very loud, lightweight, and the trays are not very user friendly. Wish we would have noticed these things before install. Dishes come out very clean though, so it's not all bad.

I have previously owned two Frigidaire dishwashers and have been quite happy. Bought and installed dishwasher over two months ago and wanted to do a few loads before I reviewed. Found the installation straight forward except for the missing water hose to compression fitting that wasn't included with the machine which was annoying since it meant another trip to the store. The control panel is pretty straight forward and easy to use except I wish there was a rinse only function which there is not. Being a new machine I ran it without a load initially. I let it run the full cycle with heat dry. Upon opening the door found a particular smell something like fish oil. I put it to a new machine and waited to see if it would persist with more cycling of the machine. After about a dozen loads the smell is still there after every load but more noticeable when the heat/dry feature is allowed. Investigating further to try and source the smell (which I could not find) I noticed a pool of oily grease under the motor and on the floor. It looked like it is leaking out from the motor assembly (maybe from the heat cycle) photos attached. On top of this issue is the noise of water hammer (I assume) which I traced to inside the machine and not the house pipes. As well there is a grinding noise at the beginning of a cycle. The machine does do a good job cleaning the dishes though. I will be reaching out to customer service to see if there is a solution.

I am happy with this dishwasher however the door is way too stiff the installer said nothing could be done that’s how it’s supposed to be

I purchased this dishwasher and installed it. There is an issue with leakage from the float switch. It leaked all over my floor, and now I have to replace said flooring, (which I’ve sent pictures of to your customer service, but conveniently it is consistently lost, or they are unable to access the email system). I was told a technician was going to come out within 48 hours. I called the day after and was told that it was actually 72 hours, and call back tomorrow. Then, I called again and was told the guy was on vacation until the 23rd. Then, I was called on the morning of the 23rd, and was told that by the technician that he wouldn’t be showing up, because you guys didn’t pay him the money he was owed for the 5th time. Called you guys, and was told to hire a technician myself, and you guys would reimburse me (I refused, because if you have an issue with paying your own people, I’m sure you guys would have an issue paying me), and then was told to wait another couple days. Then I was told that I would be getting a phone back the next day, then I was told I would be called back after I called to see if you guys were actually going to call back. In short, I have been thrown through the ringer by your company, and I have no respect for your company, and will NEVER buy another Frigidaire, Gibson, or other appliance under the Electrolux umbrella. I will go with Bosch, or another competitor. You are losing the sales of a new oven, fridge, deep freezers, and any other appliance that I will be buying in the future, as I will be building a new home. You guys are the absolute epitome of terrible service and quality, and swindle your customers. This will be the last time you swindle me, or my family. When you are out of business, within the next 10-15 years (which you will be with this lack of quality and service), you’ll only have yourself to blame. I honestly just wanted my money back, and my floor repaired at the end of it, and it’s turned into a nightmare. Your companies incompetence and disrespect offends me.

Purchased this dishwasher when the one we purchased in 2006 finally blew up. Works well, the only things I don't like are that the door does not lay flat when open ' could be that its too new.... Also there is no ability to turn off the heated dry cycle and the cutlery tray is about a quarter of the size of the one in my old dw. I swapped out the old tray for the new one.

We bought this dishwasher a couple of weeks ago and it is just what we wanted. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles but that’s what we like about it , simple and gets the job done nicely.
