It heats quickly, and accurately. It looks lovely. However, the top surface is delicate and easily scratched and I wish the volume of the timer could be set to a louder option. And in our unit, the convection fan has been intermittent and is being repaired on warrantee.

So far, so good. Faster than our old gas stove. The panel beeps when you're leaning in to wipe down the back surface. I feel the control knobs are stiffer than other brands so would not have the same accidental turn-on issues I read about. I chose this model to stay away from too many bells and whistles that could lead to expensive control board repairs. The only downside is, unable to use a wok as expected.
