J'ai choisi ce modèle car la côte était de 4.5 sur 5. J'ai reçu la cuisinière et après deux jours d'utilisation il y avait déjà des égratignures sur la vitrocéramique!! Le technicien qui est venu m'a dit que ce n'était pas normal, que c'était couvert par la garanti et que la vitre sera changé sans frais. Mon ancienne cuisinière était aussi une Frigidaire avec vitrocéramique et la vitre n'a jamais eu d'égratignures, même après 20 ans. Je n'ai pas pris de chance et j'ai changé tout mes casseroles pour de l'acier inoxydable à fond plat pour être sûr que le poids des casseroles soient bien reparti sur la vitre. Depuis, j'ai ajouté une garantie supplémentaire de 4 ans, au cas où j'aurais d'autres problèmes.

Love the flat top with front controls. Lines up perfect with island countertop._x000D_ _x000D_ Heats up quickly. Works great.

This is an awesome appliance however some of the gaps between the glass top and oven door make food fall in btw the crevice and you can’t clean. I wish I had bought an upgraded model had I known!

I am extremely disappointed with the product and service I’ve received. I bought the product in July 2024, and by November 2024—just four months later—it broke. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the inconvenience and frustration since then have been unbearable._x000D_ _x000D_ The first technician visit was a waste of time. They replaced the surface glass top, but it still didn’t work. Then, they blamed my apartment’s electricity for the issue. I had to spend nearly $200 to hire a licensed electrician the same day, only to confirm there was absolutely nothing wrong with my electrical system._x000D_ _x000D_ Now, it’s December 30, 2024, and I am still waiting for a second technician visit. This level of service is unacceptable. Not only did I receive a faulty product, but I’ve also had to endure delays, extra expenses, and zero accountability from the company._x000D_ _x000D_ I would not recommend this product or company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

In love with this range but only 1 tiny complaint and it’s the fingerprints on the stainless and seems no matter how many times you wipe the glass top, there’s always streaks!
