The cooler has worked well since the minute it was plugged in. Controlling the temperature is easy, and I appreciate the alarm that sounds if the door does not shut properly.

I just remodeled my kitchen and all of my appliances are Frigidaire Gallery. However, while the wine cooler is lovely and matched my other appliances right out of the gate I noticed 3 of the shelves that were slightly bent. Now as I’ve loaded up my cooler I noticed the second shelf is also slightly bent but I’m not sure I have the energy to go back again. Not at all sure why the bottom two shelves do not extend out as far as the top shelves that one’s a little confusing. I will say that Frigidaire reacted immediately when I told them the three shelves were bent and sent me the replacements immediately. So their customer service was exceptional. However for the price, I’m not sure I should’ve had to of gone through the trouble. Overall I am satisfied with the cooler.

I purchased this and installed it under a quartz countertop. Excellent size and design. however, depending on bottle size and shape, the bottle capacity is somewhat less than 52 bottles.

So far so good for a beverage fridge but there are some weird quirks. It states that it goes up to 64 degrees but mine goes to 72. Low end is still 41. Also the lights do not turn off when the door is shut meaning I have to manually turn them on and off. Not a huge deal but still an inconvenience.

This wine fridge came with a house we purchased a few months back. Unfortunately, 3 months after moving in the fridge registered an E9 error code and was visibly warm to the touch and not holding temperature. Thankfully it was under the 1 year manufacturers warranty, so we tried to call Frigidaire, expecting to get a simple replacement or a technician to service it, but instead all we were offered was a prepaid debit card for the amount of purchase. Unfortunately our builder got the unit for a crazy discount...half of what Frigidaire sells the wine cooler for and more than $200 less than any retailer sells it for, so under Frigidaire's warranty, we would lose more than $200 if we were refunded the purchase price and then had to re-buy the unit. What kind of warranty system is that? What kind of warranty doesn't just offer a replacement unit?

We bought this to upgrade the bar area in our home. It is beautiful and functional. The convertible shelves make it great for both wine and beer.

Well constructed, quiet and easy to use. Maintains temperature. Just having difficulty fitting 52 bottles as claimed by manufacturer. Tried varying ways for the wine storage and has been a challenge
