Cleans the dished even without rinsing. The upper utensil tray is quite convenient. It is very quiet and has a sleek look.

Beware of appliances with a majority of good reviews that are part of an incentivized promotion! Nothing on the the top cutlery rack gets clean, if there is a small amount of food left on any of the dishes put on the middle rack it will not get cleaned off, lower rack dishes come out ok. I never used the heated drying feature on my older dishwasher, but even then the dishes were never as wet as they are with this appliance at the end of the cycle. I am extremely unsatisfied with my purchase.

We have had the dishwasher for a few weeks now and very happy with it, cleans well and is so quiet, a bonus half hour quick clean works amazing too! We did not have that option on our last dishwasher.

They told me it was quiet, I thought ya ya, I’ve heard it all before. A dishwasher can only be so quiet. I was wrong, this machine is so quiet we at first kept checking thinking we had forgotten to turn it on. Very happy and satisfied with the machine. You could even feel the quality as it came out of the carton, not flimsy, very solid.

Very quiet operation, I can hear my plumbing when the water’s flowing more than I can hear this machine. Great job cleaning dishes as well, better than I can do it by hand. Third rack for utensils is very convenient, although I don’t know why they include a utensil basket at the same time. A bit inconvenient that the controls don’t work while the dishwasher is closed, it has to be at least ajar to be able to start a wash, then it tells you to close the door to start. Feels somewhat condescending to not allow me to start a wash while the door is closed, only for it to tell me to close the door to start the wash. The light at the bottom is handy, though.

I bought the dishwasher three weeks ago and am pleased with my choice. It has convenient features, such as the upper cutlery tray. It also consistently cleans dishes.

Bought this 3 months ago. Works like a charm! Has lots of space. Doesn’t take as long to clean dishes as my previous dishwasher did!

Whether it's positive or negative is not my concern so unless you have valid grounds for "moderating" feedback you don't like I expect this review to be published. Also I'd note your moderator is hiding behind anonymity in the email I received. That's fine, but the message indicated I should contact support for any questions or concerns and when I did they brushed off any action. So here is again my review for you to publish, and you are approved to remove this line and everything ABOVE it. If you do not I can assure you I can publish my review on other sites and via all my social media, however my intent is nothing more than a candid review of one of the appliances I bought. Exactly aligned with the spirit of customer reviews. Thank you. _x000D_ _x000D_ 1- Rack Adjustment Mechanism was almost immediately broken so the quality of manufacturing is in question. _x000D_ 2- The number of little plastic attachments have special purpose (e.g. wine glass support, interior bottle cleaning, etc..). I removed what I can since those are not needed and just interfere with how dishes can be placed or block the water spray. _x000D_ 3- The prongs on the bottom rack are too compact which might let Frigidaire boast of how many dishes can be washed, but they make it difficult to position larger things and I find are a bit too close together to be practical. _x000D_ 4- This model is advertised as being very quiet, it is not. _x000D_ 5- The actual quality of cleaning has been disappointing. My last dishwasher was much cheaper and still much better.
