We bought this applicance and the instructions say that if the power outmet is at the bottom you can call to order a longer conduit, called and they said it was not available for this unit .....Not acceptable!!! then asked for the wider modeling for the bottom of the unit also stated in the instructions to call to order it... also not available..... all the customer service person did was send me the parts manual and said if I can find it then they have it. Oh man such bad customer service .. Good thing my husband is handy and made it all work... Never had such bad customer service in my 50 years!!

Nous apprenons à utiliser les différentes fonctions. Nous bons un peu de crainte par rapport au air fry. Plusieurs sites d’usagers disent que c’est très salissant. Ce ne nous avait pas été dit comme ça au moment de l’achat.

I waited a long time to replace my old convection wall oven. So glad I went with the Frigidaire Galaxy. Works great!

Bought this one to replace a 12 year old whirlpool oven. Temperature control is a whorls of difference better. Also many more features for just a little more than we paid for our old one 12 years ago.

Had it for 7 weeks, used it 4 times times and it's broken so I can't really give a review on how it works, it's broken and unusable. Error 45 with a phone number and after 1h15 on hold I've found the hard way that the phone number it gives is only for US support even if this is a Canadian model appliance. After 2 hours I got an appointment booked to have it looked by a local technician, which took 1 week to get any contact, came to look at it, said the cooling fan isn't working right which supposedly is a common problems with Frigidaire and he will have to order one but I have yet to hear back from the guy, so I don't know maybe Frigidaire is playing the "parts are not available" game to waste the warranty. I am beyond being disappointed and it feels like I am stuck with a 2300$ lemon that will keep on breaking. I am not touching any Frigidaire appliances ever again and hopefully so do you.

Still haven’t tried all the features but so far loving it. I really love the sliding shelves that make it so much easier to get things out from the hot oven. There are a lot of features I am still getting used to but thus far it has been great. There are so many great options available in the modes and I can’t wait to try making some bigger meals in it at holidays. It is much more efficient than my last oven and it looks great!

Fais amplement le travail, beau et efficace. Le seul probleme est le fil électrique placé dans le haut du four et qui fait a peine la longueur du four meme… la version de 10’ est outrageusement chère… j’aurais aimé avoir plus de fil.

Our GE 24" standard wall oven was discontinued so we updated our oven to the Frigidaire 27" Wall Oven with total convection. This has everything I could dream of: convection bake, air fry, sous vide, steam bake, convection roast, plus the old standard features, etc._x000D_ _x000D_ We had to hire a carpenter to make our wall space larger to fit our new oven and had to get a longer hose cable to reach the junction box because this oven had the cable on the top whereas our old one was on the bottom. _x000D_ _x000D_ All this was definitely worth it, because now I have an updated oven with all the features I could think of and now I can try out lots of new recipes that promise delicious taste results using these new features!_x000D_ _x000D_ I'm so excited!
