We bought our double over 6 months ago and it has stopped heating. We placed a service call, we were told someone would over to check it out; the person instead called my husband and made a diagnosis over the phone. They said it would take 1 week to get the part. 1 week later they came with a new "Motherboard", but alas, that wasn't the issue, it seems it is the thermostat! So, we need to wait yet another week for them to come over and hope that's the issue so they fix it. It has now been 3 weeks with no oven! So 1 week every time they need a "part", amazing how Amazon can deliver in 24 hours, but yet, they have to wait 1 week. Maybe they should maintain some sort of inventory! This is completely unacceptable! The oven is barely 6 months old and it already needs to have parts replaced! Very disappointed in Frigidaire!

We’ve had it for 2 months. It heats up quickly and the various baking choices are super. I especially like the warming option. I can keep dishes warm, while preparing a salad to serve for supper.

J'ai acheté ce four double encastré et je suis enchantée de sa polyvalence de cuisson et de pouvoir tout cuisiner d'un seul coup dans les deux fours lorsque je reçois. Bcp de bons plats en perpective et de réceptions!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and wanted an oven that would do everything our Breville toaster oven would do so we would no longer need it. This oven certainly fit the bill and then some more. Would definitely recommend this oven for anyone who likes to cook.
