Nous avons acheté cet article pour aller avec nos autres produits de la même ligne (dont nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits). La vaisselle ressort propre par contre ce lave-vaisselle est extrêmement désagréable à utiliser. Le panier du bas déraille constamment (même quand on fait attention). Les supports à assiettes sont trop rapprochés et rendent difficiles la disposition. Les trous sur les côtés du panier à ustensiles sont si grands que les ustensiles tombent sur le côté ou au fond de l’appareil (sous le panier!) quand on les dépose. Le panier du haut lui, glisse mal. Nous avons enlevé l’inutile « tiroir à ustensiles » du haut ( qui a le temps de déposer chaque couteau, fourchette ou cuillères dans les petits supports ?) cela nous permet de mettre nos coupes à vin, de ça, nous sommes très satisfaits! Bref, une grande déception pour un produit à ce prix. Mon précédent lave-vaisselle coûtait une fraction du prix et je n’en ennuie tous les jours!

What I am really upset about is that I ordered 3 Frigidaire Professional Appliances so that they would all match. The dishwasher handle does not match the fridge and stove. I spoke to Frigidaire and the dishwasher is a new model. But they do not have a new model of the fridge and stove - meaning you can't even get 3 appliances to match. Which totally defeats the purpose of buying matching appliances in the first place.

Bought a new Frigidaire fridge and dishwasher, while I think the fridge is a little smaller than I would have liked, I think the two drawers are great and it’s nice and cold.

Cannot add sanitize option to a normal cycle or any other cycle. If i want to sanitize dishes, I forced always select sanitize cycle which is 3.5 hours long. I do not see it as energy saver at all.

Ummm..I am yet to use this dishwasher and am looking to replace the panel. I have had Frigidaire professional products for over fifteen years now and was happy to replace the still working dishwasher with and upgrade but the stainless steel got dinged before we even used it. Looking for a replacement panel if that is possible. The washer itself is quite versatile. It can carefully wash king stem glasses and I especially love the tray at the top for cutlery.

Previous model of the professional series stopped working after 3 years. Control board no longer works and it was a comparable price to replace the whole unit instead of fix. New model just showed up and I'm happy to know I have to now head to the hardware store to buy a water line and 90 degree brass fitting because a $1000 dishwater can't include those parts in the installation kit. "Great value" Frigidaire... We'll be replacing all our Professional series appliances with another brand next time they're needed.

HORRIBLE. I don't know what is worse....the fact that plates do not stand up without falling over (pegs are not angled correctly).....no matter where in the rack you place them! or The fact that the dishes come out dirty... or The fact that the dishes come out soaking wet as this machine does not dry them at all. Worst dishwasher I have ever used. I have only used this dishwasher 2 or 3 times in 2 years because its so bad that I would rather wash dishes by hand than deal with the frustration this machine causes me.

We have been using for a month and like the loading style of the racks, it has a nice sturdy cutlery tray and the top third shelf for utensils comes in handy. Cleans well and are happy with it.
