My elderly mother recently purchased this ange from a local appliance store. Although they did not have the glass top range in stock, they displayed the gas version. She requested more information as she was impressed by the look of the unit. The sales employee listen a number of intriguing features, including steam roast, a pull-out oven rack, air fryer, and a bridge element. The sales representative also showed her the glass top range on the computer, and she was excited about the large element, which appeared to offer three sizes in one, similar to her previous range and a common feature in most electric glass top ranges. Upon delivery, my mother tried to use the large element but was confused when she couldn’t find options to switch between the smallest, medium, and largest settings. The element only activated up to the second line, not the final and largest solid rim like the other elements. She asked for my help, but we couldn’t get the largest element to work. Frigidaire did not provide an owner’s guide or manual with the unit. When I called the appliance retailer, they advised that there was no manual included and that we would need to access it from the Frigidaire website. I also informed the representative about the issue with the element, and they suggested contacting Frigidaire directly. Upon doing so, we discovered that the largest element is a single size, not three different sizes, and it does not illuminate or function to the largest solid rim. It only works up to the middle rim, which is perforated not a solid rim like the other elements. We were shocked and horrified that a reputable manufacturer like Frigidaire would use misleading images to advertise their products. Additionally, the glass top is of poor quality; my mother has used it twice to cook, and it has already discolored. It looks like its years old. I contacted Frigidaire to express our grievances, and they offered to send a service technician. However, they stated that if the issue is not a manufacturer’s defect, we would be charged for the service call!!! The product was delivered to my parents’ home on Friday, September 13, 2024. My mother is heartbroken that Frigidaire is taking advantage of consumers and the elderly in this very deceiving manner. I hope this review informs and helps potential buyers.

This stove is an absolute beast when it comes to heat. Sadly the heat elements are starting to die within a month of purchase and the glass is extremely easily scracthed. Not practical for cooking. Looks great though!

Bought it early December and have owned previously Boch stove. This stove heats up instantly. Easy to operate and great for convection cooking

On vient de l’acheter il y a 2 mois elle est parfaite. Le seul probleme c’est le systeme de Child Lock est limité à la section écran tactile et non pas tout le four…en terme de cuisson c’est parfait et son hauteur est parfaite pour rentrer dans un espace restreint

I have had this stove a short period of time, but I am so happy with its performance. _x000D_ I have prepared quite a few meals as well as pizza. Everything turned out fabulous.

J’ai acheter une laveuse vaisselles, fonctionne très bien à date et une cuisinière que justement j’ai un problème avec du four qui ne fonctionne plus il m’affiche erreur SF. depuis presque un mois. J’ai contacter le soutiens technique puis on m’as dit qu’ils vont me contacte Mais sans succès jusqu’à date

i have used this stove for a month now and am happy with my baking and cooking results.. It was easy to install and easy to figure out. I am not excited about the stove top in terms of keeping it clean and not streaking but as a cook top it works perfectly for my needs.
