We have had this dryer for 8 months and it's absolutely awful. Sometimes it will dry clothes in 30 minutes and other times 3 hours. No rhyme or reason. Our power bill had increased substantially since purchasing. Wish we could return. DON'T BUY!

I purchased this machine about a month ago and while it definitely gets the job done, I have noted a few things of concern. The first one is that it can sometimes be loud, which leads me to believe that something is possibly wrong with it. But my bigger vice is how hot it makes my laundry room. If I close the door while it’s running, which I have always done with my past machines, it makes the laundry room feel like a sauna and that’s without using the steam option. Even with keeping the door open, I am now seeing small pools of water appear on my laundry room floor just in front of the machine. Further to that, droplets are forming on the ceiling of that same room and dropping on top of the machine. Something doesn’t seem right here. Going to have to reach out to their customer service to look into these two concerns.

If I didn't see the original packaging boxes, I would think there are refurbished or used machines. _x000D_ _x000D_ Ordered the Electrolux 6 Series set, washer + dryer. So far, already exchanged the dryer, and then waiting for the exchange of the washer unit. _x000D_ Once delivered and installed, we found the drum wasn't working in the dryer. So loud, it sounds like a broken engine, or a sword fight inside (metal hitting sound)._x000D_ Then, an exchange unit (dryer) was delivered and installed. It works so far, but poorly assembled. I found a screw in the gap between the door seals. Occasionally, there's moisture and debris caught at the seals between the door and the dryer. If this keeps happening, I might even need to do an exchange, for the 2nd time.

I bought my dryer 6 months ago and it did not work properly from the start and still is not working like it should. I am almost every week on the phone with customer service without any results. Already had two different companies trying to fix the dryer, 6 visits later still dryer is not working.

This is a newer purchase & the dryer is excellent so far. Great performance, large capacity for a large family, many special features without having too many (unused or too complicated), interior light is perfect, gentle on clothing, energy efficient, etc. _x000D_ - Very happy with our purchase. I am tempted to rate 5 stars for initial performance but that will be earned through durability and performance over time (fingers crossed). :)

We wanted a match to our Electrolux washer and needed to update a 20 year old dryer. The new dryer matches perfectly and we're very happy with its efficiency.

This dryer has many great features. There is the steam feature that will erase the wrinkle from your clothing. The internal light inside the drum turns on automatically, so I can collect my clothes without the ceiling light on. There are number of drying setting and drying time to choose from to suit your needs. When I chooe normal setting, clothes came out dry without overly dried. Efficient and quiet. machine.
