In less than 3 months, it developed a "communications error" so all lights constantly flash & no ice or water in the door. Parts are back-ordered for at least 2 months. They will not replace it. I have to wait however long it will take to get parts. Not what I expected from a supposedly quality American company.

Read reviews that the refrigerator was loud the first few days but then quieted down. Which it did to a point. First few days fridge ran loudly pretty much nonstop. It then ran loudly about half the time and now runs loudly about 1/3 of the time two weeks later. I realize that some components run continuously but whatever is making the loud noise is not one of those._x000D_ _x000D_ The fridge organizes nicely and the water dispenser turns of quickly without dripping. temperature seems consistent. All the doors close loudly and require a good pull to open which I didn't notice when I tried the Frigidaire version. The pull is not too bad but could be an issue for some people. _x000D_ _x000D_ Overall for a $4k fridge the hardware and loudness of the refrigerator could be much improved and I am thinking of returning the fridge and going with a different brand.

Wanted the model without the drawer but husband wanted drawer. Have to say it was a good decision. Love that our drinks are in one place. Having 2 ice makers is also a plus when entertaining. Receive comments on how good looking. Having a taller space to fill water bottles on outside of door is also a plus.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the purchase of our new Electrolux Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator. It has everything that we were looking for in a new refrigerator. Spacious, clean lines, and professional look.

I am so impressed with the refrigerator we purchased. It exceeds all of my expectations and more! It not only looks beautiful and sleek, it is so functional compared to all of my prior experiences with refrigerators (and I have moved a lot!). It feels modern inside and the space and drawers and door space are key. The extra ice in the freezer is amazing and the water and ice on fridge are quiet and smooth. Lighting is amazing. I can't say enough about this brand and model and we are very happy with it!

Needing to replace our old refrigerator that broke, my wife and I purchased one of the most expensive refrigerators (Electrolux) in the appliance store due to its features. We we got it home we noticed that it is noisy. More noisy than our previous refrigerator and more noisy than a $4000+ refrigerator should be. We've gotten used to it now. Also, we routinely get a high temperature alarm for the freezer compartment.

My wife and I really like our new Electrolux Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator! It has all of the features that we were looking for in a new refrigerator. It is more spacious that our previous counter-depth refrigerator even though it has the exact same dimensions (better design, layout, and use of space). It also has a professional/commercial look that we really like. Couldn't be happier!
