When shopping for our replacement refrigerator we spent time reviewing the various options. Consistently high reviews caught our attention with this model. We took time to physically evaluate options as well. We like this three door model. I appreciate the quality and the streamline look. We are completely satisfied with our selection.

What a disappointment to have replaced my last Electrolux refrigerator with a shiny new one that is not cooling properly. Frozen food in the vegetable crisper and warm temps on the top shelf. Seems like the circulator fan is not working! Electrolux was prompt to schedule service immediately. Hope this problem is solved quickly!!

Apparently the circulator fan is not working. Items in the refrigerator crisper bins freeze and the top shelf is warm. Service from the Electrolux warranty department is hard to get with scheduling three weeks out for a repair appointment. The refrigerator was a $4,000 purchase. It looks good on the outside, but does not work on the inside.

We bought this refrigerator as a replacement for our current Electrolux, and while still brand new, we are loving it! Our main reason to stick to this brand was the combination of aesthetics and performance. We did consider other brands, but they all came short in terms of quality and features offered for the price. This is a quality product - the material used is far superior than comparable brands - specifically what sealed the deal for us the quality of the interior compared to other brands. Another convenient feature that I liked was the drawer compartment separated from the main compartment - for easy access of some ingredients. I am hoping it will last us many years without technical glitches.

This is the first time of owing a refrigerator like this and I love it! I have owned Samsung and it didn’t last long and just recently had to replace my GE with this one. I have never heard of this brand and I read the reviews so I had to give it a try. I hope that this one will out last the other ones I have had!! The Electrolux is a beautiful refrigerator and the way it looks inside and out is pretty cool!

Very disappointed with service with Transglobal Service Dept. Bought refrigerator Frigidaire on 10/30/2020. Ice maker quit working in Jan/23. Had the ice box replaced on Feb. 16/23. Guarantee 90 days on new part. Quit making ice again on May 22/23, 6 days after the 90 days guarantee. Transglobal would not honour the guarantee. Very poor service. Do not recommend buying Frigidaire /Electrolux.

We love our Electrolux Refrigerator it is beautiful and all its features work well. We enjoy the counter depth capacity and how the overall appliance keeps everything fresh.
