As part of our kitchen remodel, my wife and I dove head-first into replacing our range, microwave and Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator with the Electrolux Line. I love my new refrigerator. The additional ice maker in the freezer let’s me be sure I never run out of ice when I have company. Lots of room too!

I bought this refrigerator to replace the Frigidaire we have and it had issues almost immediately. Loud squeal that goes on several times a day.

I had the fridge for a week and the ice maker quit dispensing. I had to call 6 times over the course of a week to get repair scheduled. I was on hold for 30 minutes or more for each call. I finally got a repair person scheduled and he said the ice maker was broken and needed to order parts. So now he’s coming back next week to hopefully fix it. So I’ve had this fridge for not even a month and have had to spend hours on the phone and take two days off. Hopefully it will be fixed next week. Otherwise I’m returning it to the store and getting a different brand.

MY REFRIGERATOR HAS MADE A HORRIBLE NOISE FROM THE FAN SINCE THE BEGINNING. I WENT THROUGH CS TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT IS NOT FIXED 6 MO. LATER. THEY HAVE SENT THE WRONG PARTS (TWICE). THE REPAIR COMPANY HAS GIVEN UP ON THEM AND NOW ELECTROLUX HAS REFERRED ME TO A NEW REPAIR COMPANY. PLEASE ELECTROLUX MANAGEMENT - CONTACT ME!! I'M TIRED OF TALKING TO CS.

This refrigerator is excellent. The only issue is there is a delay when the ice maker sends out ice. Love the color and design.

Purchased the refrigerator on 8-2, It was delivered on 8-3. Today is September 1 and the ice maker has completely stopped making ice. This is suppose to be the top of the line refrigerator. I purchased to replace another frigerator which had stopped producing ice. I can truly say that manufacturers today do not really take pride in their products. I hope they can repair it, however, it will be 13 days before a repair person comes. What happens next on time will tell.

We bought our refrigerator about a month ago after looking at a number of different manufacturers/models. After several days of shopping we decided on our Electrox.

Overall, we love our new fridge. I think the only feature I would change is the left side door. To access some of the stuff on the left side requires you to open up both doors which is obviously not a huge issue but I think it is something I would change if I could.
