Old Maytag dryer stopped heating. Tried repairing myself but reached a point where the next new parts to try were very expensive. Went to SpencersTV in Sun City and had a great purchaing experience. They really, really know their stuff. Bought this Electrolux gas dryer and it is just excellent. Just the right number of features and very intuitive to operate.

Really love my new dryer! Very quiet when being used, lots of settings to choose from and is able to handle a big load of laundry.

Does a great job! My husband asked the other day what I was doing different with the clothes, his socks were so soft and fluffy. I told him the only difference was the new dryer.

This is such a great dryer. Extremely fancy and far more effective than my previous dryer. Highly recommend. I keep my laundry in my basement but it's a very tight fit down the stairs. And this fit perfectly down the stairs.

I am new to using this dryer, but I have no complaints. If my clothes are a little wrinkled after washing and hanging, it certainly doesn’t take long to throw in the dryer for a couple of minutes and have them come out with no wrinkles. I wish I had more to say, but they are very new to me.

2 caveats: former dryer was 20+ yo and I have not read through the manual. The lint "cage" does not completely collect the lint...it needs to be removed from rim of dome. Why would I need a temperature boost? Shouldn't the clothes dry without a boost? A big plus is that the machine turns itself off when cycle is finished.
