I bought this dryer 6 months ago and all of a sudden it sounded like something was loose inside. It took more than 6 days and several calls to get a technician to call me. They came out and replaced rollers 3 weeks later but it didn’t fix the issue. Technicians said they closed the ticket and I had to start the repair request all over again. Electrolux says a technician will call within 24-48 hours but a week later I have heard nothing. The only follow-up Electrolux can offer is the email the technician to see if they reply. Steer clear of Electrolux as they have an unreliable network of technicians and you will regret buying their products if they need warranty work.

I have only owned the dryer for a couple of weeks. For the most part, it performs quite well. I did wash a cotton rug and tried to dry it in the dryer - it took two cycles…. I do not like the exterior finish. It scratches and mars extremely easily. Ask me again in six months.

It seems like a solidly built dryer._x000D_ Great features, and options._x000D_ Bought gas to save on electricity._x000D_ Looks good too._x000D_ Use over the next few years will be true test.

I am 82 and finally have adryer without any issues: I can see the clothes easily, the base makes it just the correct heights, I don't neeed to ge ton my knees to clean the lint out, and even better the clothes don't need ironing. If I forget the laod refresh solves the wrinkle problem. This is the best applaince I've purchsaed sinced i967! bought the dryer a month oge
