Dryer is very nice overall, wish the pedestal wasn't an additional cost and so expensive. Load completion chime could be louder, but love the capacity and features of this dryer.

The dryer is almost as big as my last one, since I wash and dry king size comforters often. I'm finding it works well, but the feature I'm enjoying the most is the steam option. I use this to help get my husband's dress shirts wrinkle free!! Love it!

My Maytag washer went kaput and I wanted a similar style washer and dryer. I saved a little by buying the older models (clear glass as pictured). This dryer has the steam option that I loved on my previous dryer. You can add it to your cycle and have relatively wrinkle-free clothing. I don't wear synthetics and typically wash my cotton clothes, towels, and sheets every other day. The steam feature helps a lot with natural fibers. The other feature I really like is the 10-minute Instant Refresh cycle with heat and steam. This is great for my light, cotton jackets, jeans, and cotton or linen trousers that don't need to be washed after every wear. It also gets out any wrinkles that may have shown up while drying. This dryer has a lot of bells and whistles and the optional pedestal is wonderful.

Bought from Lowe's in November 2022. 3 weeks later it starts making a high pitch, metal on metal sound when started. Had to have someone come & look at it already. Proceed with caution if buying

I purchased this for my mother who was re-doing her laundry room and we needed a new front load washer and dryer - we needed a washing machine that had a reversible door and Electrolux was virtually the only one that you could do that and this was the companion matching dryer. And surprisingly, it turned out to be the best machine we could have purchased. Reasonably priced, quiet as can be, every setting you would need (and some you wouldn't know you wanted until you have them). Easy to understand and operate even for my elderly mother (age 82) who still does the laundry herself!

We bought a matching Electrolux set. The dryer is pretty, but it does the job as well! It has multiple settings to choose from, which is helpful, and I especially enjoy the 15 min quick dry for times when it needs to get done Now! (The load has to be pretty small to finish drying in 15 min and it's pretty hot in there, but I love it for those times.) Great so far!!
