Second unit - first one replaced - second unit requires multiple tech visits to repair - working on 5 visit - avoid this brand - we replaced an Electrolux unit that was 10 years old - obviously quality control is non existent -

THIS DRYER IS WONDERFUL! SO FAR IT HAS DRIED EVERY LOAD IN ONE CYCLE, SO MUCH BETTER THAN MY OLD ONE WHICH TOOK 2 CYCLES. LIKE ALL THE FEATURES THIS DRYER OFFERS!

After having a Samsung dryer prior to this Electrolux there is no comparison. Samsung flat out is trash.

Bought this unit new but at a great price. When I installed it, I didn't realize it had a dent on the side that was rubbing against the drum. Call Electrolux and they had a tech come out in two days and fix it. Great service overall. The unit is good so far. New for two weeks.
