Our Electrolux front load washer and gas dryer were delivered about 5 weeks ago. We did a lot of research and expected to be thrilled with these top of the line appliances. They are beautiful, but we have been unhappy with the dryer since day 1. _x000D_ The very first time I used the dryer a lot of crud and lint became trapped between the door seal and the glass on the door. This is shown in the first picture. There seems to be no way to clean this out without damaging the rubber seal. _x000D_ The other major issue is that water collects between the front of the dryer and the dryer door. When I open the door water is puddled on the door seal and on the dryer by the drum. It is often enough to run down the front of the dryer. This is shown in the other 2 pictures. I expect to have to wipe off the door on a front load washer but not the dryer. We had another brand name front load washer and dryer pair that lasted 16 years before this and there were never any issues like these. _x000D_ We regret our choice of brand and will be working with Best Buy to return this Electolux washer and dryer and hopefully get a brand without these issues.

This Electrolux dryer has so many dryer options! We replaced our 15 year old dryer with this model and man what a difference! It is taking us a little time to learn all the features as we really only just used basic dry in our older dryer. We specifically selected the Electrolux pair for the lower height- it fits under a counter top for folding laundry.

Our old dryer was basic. Upgrading from that old Nautilus to our new Electrolux was like moving from a Model T to a sports car.
