I had an Electrolux dryer that lasted fifteen years. That fifteen years spoke volumes about the product's reliability which in today's market is not always true. I could have made use of the old one a little longer but when I saw the new model I was a goner. I love the new dryer. So many features! This dryer makes laundry day almost enjoyable.

4 stars instead of 5 because for the level of model and price, it should have the option to manually select any dry time (ie anything less than 35 minutes which is the leaast amt of programmable time now)

Slower drying time than previous LG model, but we hope that is because a more gentle cycle is being used?_x000D_ _x000D_ Drum has an odd/loud vibration, not sure if that is normal, or if it needs servicing. Sounded that way upon delivery

I ordered this dryer on 2/26. My first one arrived on 3/7 with a huge dent like it had been hit by a forklift. I didn't accept the delivery. I had a replacement order arrive 3/15 and not work because it came up with error code F3 within minutes, and no troubleshooting worked. I was supposed to have a second replacement order arrive tomorrow 3/21, but there was some issue with the truck and it never made it to the delivery warehouse and supposedly my only option was another reorder. I really do hope I like the dryer once I get a working one, but Electrolux has not done anything besides offer a mystery "inconvenience credit" so far. This is my first experience with the brand and I'm very frustrated. I picked this dryer largely due to all the positive reviews. I moved into a new house, this was the first time I was ever able to choose and buy my own washer dryer after being in rentals with cheap ones for years, and I was excited. Instead, I have been working through a backlog of laundry being dried on racks, one load per day, and unable to wash my bed sheets (the washing machine works, luckily). If customer service had offered me a reasonable solution besides waiting an additional week every time there is a mistake on Electrolux's end, I wouldn't be on here writing this review. If I ever do get a working dryer and/or a helpful response from Electrolux, I'll update this.

I absolutely love my Electrolux gas dryer 80 cubic feet in size_x000D_ I had three GE products prior to the purchase of this Electrolux all were garbage and sent back right after purchase. I love the seam feature and the 15 min fast dry feature as well as being able to get the color I wanted the stainless steel drum is absolutely beautiful as well.When I need a washer I will definitely get the matching one to this dryer
