We bought this drier on 6th of February 2023. I tried to use it, but isn’t working. No warm air is coming in the drier. To contact Electrolux is a major undertaking. It took us hours on the phone. After contacting them, they sent us to companies, in total of five, who do not repair gas dryers. Last week finally we found a company who repair gas driers, but they didn’t have the necessary parts. They placed the order and now we are hoping/praying that the part will arrive and they can our dryer this week._x000D_ In the meantime we need to go away at the end of the week, can’t be postponed, my laundry basket is overflowing with clothes we need to take with us, we are frustrated . _x000D_ This Electrolux appliance is a huge disappointment for us. If we would have the possibility to return it we would gladly do so. _x000D_ I would not never recommend it to a friend or enemy.

We have had it for about a month. We replaced our old Whirlpool gas dryer with the Electrolux gas dryer._x000D_ _x000D_ We find the Electrolux dryer dries very well and we used recently to dry three blankets at the same time and dried all three blanket very well and did not have to do a time dry after the initial dry cycle.

I was told a lot of good things about this brand and so far it has been amazing. It has been only a few weeks. Hopefully they work tremendously overtime as well.

Poor design flaws. Lint trap pops out due to items catching on it. Once the lint trap pops out, items will get pulled into the turbine. They refuse to acknowledge this flaw and say there's nothing they can do. _x000D_ _x000D_ I've seen numerous other reviews on other sites stating this same problem. They obviously don't care enough to recall this problem.

Easy use controls. Great lint filter. very efficient drying cycle even in this era of ending the use of gas appliances. Very Happy with our purchase.

We bought this dryer about a month ago, it seems to work well but does not seem to get clothes dry when you rely on the sensor.

We bought it a few months back, but only installed a month ago. No complaints as it has worked flawlessly. We have not yet used every cycle. Our most used feature is the instant refresh as most of our clothes are only wore once and not really dirty and this steam refresh makes the clothes smell fresh and ready to go again with out a complete wash.
