During to the COVID-19 crisis the wait was long but when I got the product I was more than pleased. Liked the narrowness and height of the freezer but was pleasantly surprised at how deep it was for a stand up freezer. Loved the shelves on the door and well and the lighting and how quiet it is. A great buy!

The light at the bottom is reassuring and the warning for door open is too. Had a bit of frost build-up at first, but called you and Michelle advised that food packed against the rear could inhibit air flow. Rearranged the foods and problem was solved.

I bought this product and am extremely happy with my freezer. It is a perfect size for my family and holds everything and more. Everything fits perfectly! I am glad I purchased it.

Bought this new freezer because my old one went out. So happy I did because I missed having extra freezer room. And also like the fact you can change the direction that the door opens.

I wanted to replace the chest chest freezer we have had for decades with an upright freezer._x000D_ After comparing makes and models, I felt the 16 cublc foot frostless was just what I was looking for. It was! This freezer is very well made. Has metal selves that are moveable and door fixed shelving for smaller items.Very quiet running and reached freeze temperature quickly after installed..

I am pleased with the user guide & how it covers important facts about the operation and care. It was quick and easy to level. I especially like the high temp alert, the power outage assurance, & the door jar alarm features. Now we are onto putting up our garden vegetables.
