The freezer works great. The temp adjustment is great as it has a recommended setting too, so no guessing where it should be. The unit is extremely quiet that id barely audible. Green LED light is so bright that you know right away day or night if the unit is working. We switched the door orientation to have better access - great feature. The only suggestion I have is to provide more shelves. There are shelf receptacles inside for adjustment of their height, but we could use the extra shelves for thise areas. Otherwise we are very happy about the unit. This is the second freezer from this brand as we have had a 20 cu ft. one. Highly recommended.

Love my new freezer. Has plenty of room and no more digging for things. Can actually stock up and not worry if it is going to fit.

My 11 year old upright shot craps and after spending 50 dollars for dry ice to keep everything frozen, I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart and purchased the only style of freezer they were lucky enough to carry do to the shortage because of COVID-19. Major shortage!!! Unit works great, lots of space, cooled down quickly and I love the green power light that splays out on the concrete floor in my basement. Really like this.

I have never owned a stand alone freezer. This Frigidaire upright is beautiful. It's well made, well designed, and quiet. This size is perfect for me, plenty of room inside and doesn't take up too much space. The green led exterior light makes a great night light. I am very please with this appliance.

I bought this freezer during the COVID pandemic. The shipment date was delayed a week before it arrived but once it arrived, it has worked flawlessly. I purchased a 5-year extended warranty just in case there are any problems done the line. At the recommened setting, food has stayed frozen though a tub of ice cream was somewhat soft and not frozen solid, as expected. I am still working on filling the freezer; the size is perfect for my family of two.

Lost my old freezer in flood in May. Took awhile to find another one. Ended up with more cubic feet than I had before and loving it.

The handles on both sides and top of the door is very handy. The interior lighting is excellent. The exterior power light is great since I lost power in my old freezer and didn’t, know until it was too late. I had to defrost the freezer I replaced this one with, I certainly don’t miss that.
