I purchased this about 60 days ago and just delivered 2 weeks ago. It was on back over for quite a while. It was delivered in the evening so I did not notice a dent in the top however it does not impact the operation. It seems to be working fine.

Bought this at the first of November and it was delivered within a week. Have owned Frigidaire products before and this freezer appears to be of the same top quality.

My order was placed on July 11, 2020 at Best Buy because the sales person told me it was the best brand to buy. It arrived on November 24th to my home. After purchasing over $80.00 of meat from a local store, I placed it in the freezer that had been plugged in for over a week with nothing in it. I went out to grab some items in the freezer and was not happy to find them unfrozen about half way up from the bottom. I'm confident you will not select me for the sweepstakes winner however you ask : "why you chose the Frigidaire 16 Cu. Ft Upright Freezer and what you think of it." I don't like it when I buy something brand new and it takes over 4 months to get it and then it don't work properly.

I purchased this freezer about a month ago and so far it’s working great! All of the items freeze rock solid within a couple hours and defrost with no freezer burn. No ice crystals have developed anywhere in the freezer, so fingers crossed everything keeps up for the long haul!

My wife enjoys the fact that she doesn't have to defrost it every 4 months. Also the capacity allows us to buy more and store it easily
