Our LG French door fridge is giving us trouble by not making icevir keeping the freezer frozen. We bought the upright freezer to remedy the problem while we try to fix the LG. we did not know there are freezers that are garage ready...meaning they are designed to work in warmer areas like an un air conditioned garage. I hope I am not going to find out that is an important consideration as the summer approaches in Florida

My Frigidaire freezer, is great, except it came with a damaged seal which causes ice build-up on the inside. I promptly called customer service and was told it will take about 2 months to receive a new one of which I MUST INSTALL. I will be lucky if I receive it in two months.

I have been shopping for a freezer for two years. Read tons of reviews, wanted the right price point and found this freezer on a sale. Perfect! We love it. We just had no freezer space and didn't buy wisely as we could not store anything. And, who would have guessed this would be our world not - just in time. There is a lot of space left. Love, love the light on the bottom that indicates function - super nice. I will enjoy this producct.

Who bought this item about a month ago and have been using it every day. I really appreciate the indicator light and alarm if the door gets left open. Freezer capability is excellent and the storage space and shelf layout are great for sorting. Couldn't be happier!
