We bought this a few months ago, always had a chest freezer and can't say enough how great this upright freezer is. I thought we had purchased too big at first but it's actually just right, lots of shelves, food is finally easy to find and rotate! This freezer is quiet and efficienet.

We have only owned our upright freezer for a month now, but love it. We have always owned a chest freezer and found it difficult to dig to the bottom for things. I would highly recommend an upright based on our experiences so far. It would be nice if the freezer had pull out drawers in it for easier access, but we don't have it overloaded so this is fine. We will have to see over time how this performs and if it frosts up more than a chest freezer. So far so good, but it is early as I mentioned.

This is a great deep freeze and seems to be doing exactly what it is supposed to do - i.e freezing my food. We purchased this from Costco.

We purchahed this upright 3 weeks ago. My wife and I love it. Don't have to stand on my head to cleah it like the old chest freezer. Cleans itself automatically. Great feature. Sold my wife.

Used to have a traditional deep freeze and was always having food get freezer burned because lost at the bottom. Love this one because you can see everything! Lots of space, even on the door!
