It just arrived yesterday, but so far am very happy. Once I plugged it in, it cooled down very quickly so I could put all my frozen food in it. I love how it has a light inside, so I can see things quickly, and don’t have to leave the door open too long. I also love the light on the front that lets us know that it’s running. The space and ease of locating things compared to our old chest freezer is amazing.

So. This should fall under the category of durable goods. Paid in the neighborhood of 1100.00 for this appliance approximately 2 1/2 years ago. I was hesitant to buy Frigidaire due to issues I had with their products in the past, but I put that behind me and purchased anyway. Well, that was a mistake. Here I am 2 1/2 years later with a freezer full of thawed food that I am about to throw in the garbage and an 1100.00 useless metal box that I have to pay to get rid of. They won't get my business again, and, as a business owner, I will aggressively advertise my experience

Our old freezer died. This new Frigidaire is great. Lots of room and I like the light that indicates it is on and working.
