We bought this about month ago and we have had zero problems! Works great - and we LOVE the little green light at the bottom. Puts your mind at ease!

I bought in November 2019. Was very happy until Monday. I opened the freezer and my food fell out because the shelf collapsed. Plastic containers broke all over the floor. Luckily nothing hit me. It could easily have broken my foot. It scared me to death. I called frigidaire and talked with Sierra. I explained that the shelves are too narrow and don't stay on the bumps built into the wall. This is extremely dangerous and I was very lucky. I've heard nothing from frigidaire.

I purchased this about a month ago and I am extremely pleased. It has more than enough storage space for my needs and the additional storage areas on the door is a plus.

I bought this nearly a month ago and I’m happy I did. Lots of space, got cold quickly, easy to clean, and I love the little green light at the bottom and when the freezer indicated it’s been open too long.

I bought this during the corona virus to store additional foods. I love the stand up style so much vs the reach in style i was initially seeking. I love the height, and depth, which is perfect. Everything is easy to find and easy to reach. The green light which shows on the floor tells me if i left the freezer open along with a chime. The only downfall is that the shelves and the grooves the shelves sit on are not sturdy enough. Heavy foods can cause the shelf to come off the groove.
