We had a Frigidare for 23 years. I recently started to not keep food frozen. We thawed it out and it refroze. We did this twice. Onece we thought OK maybe door was left open too long but twice? We decided to purchase a new unit. This one is 12Cu replacing our 13cu. This freezer has been great and happy with the Frigidare name for the past 23 years so why switch. It has better cooling vents than the old one and is much more efficient. So happy with our purchase. It has a green light on the bottom that tell me it has power, and it is very quiet when running

This appliance is truly beautiful. It is huge inside and holds a lot Love it!! During Covid time I was lucky to find a freezer Thanks Frigidaire for coming through on the Home Depot web site

We purchased the unit a couple of month ago and like the way the interior is organized. Shelf placement is variable and easy to adjust. There are also pocket shelves in the door to hold the smaller items. We have added baskets to keep items from slipping off the shelves when opening the door.

We wanted a freezer that we could organize easily and quickly find what we wanted. We had a small chest freezer, but it seemed like we could never find anything in it, and sometimes would forget about something for years till it somehow resurfaced. This Upright is easily organized (like foods together), items are easily viewed, and it's quick and easy to find what we want - or just inventory what we already have.

Very please with the size and cooling capacity of this freezer. No frost feature is awesome.
