bought from lowes delivered wrong one was told may take 6 to 8 wks to get corrected one so kept this one not to happy but was in a pickle had to have

I like the way the freezer is laid out and I don't have to worry about blocking a lot of vents in the middle. The green "on" light is nice, too.

I am very glad that got the freezer, really like the feature that circulates the air so everything is at consistent temperature. Very sturdy and like the shelves and the ability to separate the food types and are very easy to find what looking for. Overall are extremely happy with the freezer.

I purchased this freeze several months ago. I was quite please at first, however, the shelves will not hold a lot of food. The shelves do not fit securely in the grooves. I have had to special order another shelf on August 17, yet it still has not been received. Make sure you take notice of the shelving before you purchase this one.

We had the 20 cu ft one in 2009 and loved it....it is working great. My mother-in-law needed one and I started looking for one for her...couldn't find one but finally found a 16 cu ft one for her. We love it! SHE ADORES IT!

This vertical design is incredibly convenient. You can see everything in the freeze at once and you don't have to dig to find what you're looking for. Say goodbye to frozen fingers! This freezer is quieter than the one it's replacing, it's spacious and it looks great in the kitchen. Our family absolutely love it.

In this crazy word I thought better safe than sorry. I originally ordered another brand slightly smaller garage ready freezer. I waited for 6 months with the manufacturer unable to produce. This larger upright frost free Frigidaire became available and I grabbed it immediately and canceled my original order. I’m so very happy I did. After having owned it for a month I prefer the coated wire rack shelves and the ability to change the door swing is an absolute plus. I was able to amply store a half of side of beef with room to spare.
