I bought it last June, quite satisfied at the beginning but after few months it started to have some weird noise, called the customer service said it's normal, there's a high tech compressor in the fridge and it runs from time to time, nothing to be worried about. I don't really like to contact Frigidaire so many different phone numbers, no response of sending email, etc. Well, I bought it becoz it's on sale and fit in my small apartment, I didnt realize it gets that noisy especially at night, makes my poor sleeping quality even worse, not recommended unless you can bear the "normal" running noise. I gave 3 stars becoz of the sale price, otherwise, only worth 2 stars.

I rarely leave negative reviews on a product, but I feel Frigidaire needs to be aware of how disappointed we have been about the quality of the door construction of this fridge. We purchased it through our local Home Hardware sight unseen in the summer of 2019 as they didn't have a floor model available to look at ahead of time. We needed a compact fridge to fit in the design of our kitchen and it had good reviews. When it arrived, we noticed how flimsy the door shelves were (very cheap, Dollar Store-like plastic). They flex rather than are rigid but don't give any confidence of being sturdy or well-made. Although we were careful to not overload them, the middle shelf broke in 2020. The items we were storing in the door where very similar to the ones in the promo photo. It cracked and the entire shelf gave way when someone opened the door of the fridge. We attempted to repair it, but were unable to do so and abandoned using the shelf. Then in May 2023, the top shelf broke through in the same way smashing our condiments to the floor when someone opened the fridge. I clean the fridge regularly and had not noticed any wear, cracking, or other concerns. When I went online to order two new shelves (as we are seriously lacking storage now), I was horrified to discover Frigidaire is charging between $40 and $50 dollars each (USD!!) for these cheap, poorly made shelves plus shipping. I found a Canadian parts supply that had slightly better prices in CND but my total still came to $113.00 (at least not in USD). Sorry, but this is not respectful customer service and Frigidaire needs to lower the price on plastic replacement parts if they are unwilling to build with higher quality materials. Not to be rude, but I think the jar of maple syrup that smashed when the shelf broke was worth more than the cost of making these parts. Otherwise, the fridge runs fine and its other components are holding up.

I bought this fridge a few weeks ago to replace one that was beginning to falter after 30 years! I was looking for a slightly larger freezer, and some additional storage space in the door. Both these are featured in the new fridge. I am also pleased with how quietly the new fridge runs.

I really like the way it is easy to see all the products I have in the fridge. Nice and bright, shelves in the door are nice and wide. Bins in the bottom for veg keeps everything crisp and easy to see the contents. Roomy freezer holds a lot makes it easy to see everything.
