Bought this appliance 2 weeks ago and it didn’t work from day one. Had a lot of spoiled meat because this freezer didn’t work However went back to Trail appliances and bought another ftidgidaire upright freezer and it’s working nicely!

How does a freezer stop working after only 3 years? The cost for the service call and repair was not worth it. Very disappointed. My prior Baycrest one lasted 36 years without a single repair. I will not purchase any items from Frigidaire again.

I purchased this freezer for use in my basement. The unit arrived intact and powered on without incident. Although the shelves are not adjustable, one can fit a variety of goods inside it, and the volume is sufficient for my needs. I am hoping that it lives a long life.

Ce congélateur répond à mon besoin: il offre une bonne capacité de stockage avec ses nombreuses tablettes; même si la hauteur des tablettes n’est pas ajustable, ça me convient. J’aurais aimé qu’il y ait une lumière à l’intérieur.

So far so good._x000D_ Came with nothing in the back covering the motor?_x000D_ Not looking forward to defrosting as I remember my mother with a kettle of boiling water ( and a hammer…just kidding) hacking at the ice in the freezer part of the fridge( no auto defrost back then)

The first frigidaire freezer I purchased in april was defective, but replacement was made and this one is working fine. Very pleased with the performance so far

A bit smaller inside than expected from the photos I saw (the store did not have a floor model) but adequate for two people.
