Switched from a gas stove to induction primarily for health reasons and, secondarily, for the environment. Prior to this, we invested in an air quality monitor to determine the levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) while cooking and baking with our good quality gas stove. We were taken a back by the very high levels of possibly toxic gasses emitted! This clinched our decision to switch to induction, and we were pleasantly surprised at the relative affordability of this particular model, which has so far proved to perform as advertised. Happy with our purchase!

I've had this range 2 weeks at time for this review._x000D_ The stove elements are incredibly powerful and even without using the Powerboil setting can get a pot of water boiling in under 2 minutes. With a lot of tea drinkers in the house, this is appreciated._x000D_ The stove also heats quickly, but in the first few uses, expect it to smell "plasticy"._x000D_ While _I_ can't hear it, my wife and youngest kid say they can hear a very hight frequency tone when the induction elements are on, so loud it is painful for them. I just hear a general, mid-range hum from the magnets. Hardly noticeable with a hood fan on. So if you have crazy batlike hearing, be aware._x000D_ The only complaint I really have is that the lowest setting isn't low enough. When I'm carmelizing onions or melting sugars, I need to stand over it and stir forever to keep them from burning, even on setting 1. _x000D_ The gas stove this replaced got lower.

I have been thrilled with the heat control and responsiveness of the induction cooktop. I haven't used the oven much yet but what I have done turned out well. I'm going to be baking for Christmas and am researching hints to be successful with convection. I'm very happy we decided on induction and very happy with this brand.

I bought this stove recently to replace a brand new stove (different brand) with a defect. My reason for getting this particular stove was that my son recently bought a similar Frigidaire stove and was very happy with it!

I upgraded to an induction and so far I’m really liking the stove top. My only issue is the oven is taking a lot longer to cook things so I’ll have to play around with it. It’s a nice looking stove.

I recently bought my first induction stove with convection oven from Frigidaire and so far, I love it! The stove heats up very quickly and evenly and I am impressed at how quickly it responds to my touch…just as good as my old gas stove. The oven is very quiet and also heats up quite quickly. My muffins are coming out evenly shaped and browned! I also like how the fan in the oven continues to blow until the oven has cooled down. Would totally recommend this product.
