I bought this oven and tonight I was lucky enough to be close to it. A loud noise and black smoke coming out from the back. The relay board caught on fire. Be careful people.

The induction stove top is great. Way faster than older technology. The stove also seems very efficient and we have zero complaints about the functions. The controls were pretty straightforward to figure out with a bit of looking at the manual._x000D_ _x000D_ The 4 vs 5 star is that the stainless finish can be hard to keep clean/finger prints are a bit difficult to remove.

This range works well woth the exception that as soon as u lean over and your body presses against the controls it beeps and or turns off your setting. I frequently had my sound turned off and annoying beeping. You turn off the sounds then u really dont what turned off or on. Not impressed!

The induction has been a great switch from electric for heat control. I still miss my gas range but this is much easier to clean. The control panel can be set off by errant drips of sauce, water, or even slightly brushing up against with your stomach while reaching for hood fan swtich. A bit annoying

C’est mon premier four à induction. Rapport qualité/prix, cet appareil sort du lot. C’est incroyable la vitesse à laquelle l’eau bouille et que les poêlons deviennent chaud. Seul petit bémol, la plaque de cuisson fait du bruit lorsque placée au plus chaud.

Your blanket/generic response to every one star review is as useful as the support number you provide in said generic response. I have already been on the phone per my review, waited 30mins just to speak to someone. Was told 24 to 48 hours to hear from a technician, that was a 3 day wait only to be told that the soonest he could come look at it is in 8 days!!!! ? So, two weeks with no resolution and not being able to use our brand new oven. If you actually take use issues seriously, reach out to us directly and fix/replace your faulty appliances in a prompt and professional manner. At this point, I just want my money back so I can buy from a more reliable brand… take this lemon away!
