I first puchased this model in August /23 from Home Depot. Unfortunately it stopped working 12 days later. After a lot of arm twisting and emails to the President of Home Depot (Canada) the first unit was replaced 5 weeks later with a different one (same model) which has been running OK since Oct 6. As far as the design goes I like it, I like the bright LED lights in the spacious fridge area and the 3 separate freezer trays. The ice bucket however is a problem. Ice is only removed by hand from the top of the bin and it is only refilled from the top, so the majority of the cubes stay in the bottom of the bin and are never used, just coverd over when the fridge replenishes ice, this results in a large frozen unusable block in the lowr area of the bin. A better design would be a bin which replenishes from one side and ice can be taken out from from the other side. Work on that idea.

We didn't have a lot of choice because of the space we had to fit our fridge into. We've had it for around a year and we're very happy with it. I just recently hooked up the waterline, and having a constant supply of ice from the ice maker is a nice treat!

I bought this fridge about a month ago to replace a Samsung French door that lasted only about 7 years. We like our new fridge so far and we are hoping it would last longer than the previous one. We missed a light in the freezer drawer and the fridge shelves are a bit weak.
