I love all Frigidaire products. Three weeks ago I got my dream 4-door fridge. After it was delivered I noticed some discoloration in the exterior upper front right hand side door. Tried to wipe it with damp cloth but can't get rid of it. I understand its made of "brushed steel". Is there any suggestion on how to get rid of the "discoloration"? Thank you.

Bought this fridge November 2019. The freezer stopped freezing in June 2020, so It got repaired. But it happened again in June 2021. We have been trying to reach out the customer support for explanation (3 times already) but have not heard back anything. Not sure if this is a bad batch or bad design and meant to fail every year but this shouldn't be happening 2 years in row.

But after about 7 months (Feb 2021) the freezer started to freeze ice cream (Solid) and main area got warmer_x000D_ No problem, we thought as we have insurance_x000D_ It is now 28 July and we have had a couple of visits but the fridge is still not working although a technician is scheduled for next week. Very long time without a working fridge

Bought this fridge in January 2020, loved how it looked, ease of use and organizing shelves. Such high hopes. Unfortunately the fridge has stopped working 3 times! Completely frozen up at the back, which is difficult at best to get to to thaw out. The fridge is never over packed so I can't figure out why it's doing this. We've lost so much food in the process. So disappointed in a brand like Frigidaire, a fridge should be made to last longer than a year and a half!!

Fridge completely freezes up at the back of the fridge! Every two weeks we have to defrost the fridge. Does not work!!

My wife and i fell in love with this fridge when we were shopping for several large appliances for our upcoming renovations…loved the four door setup etc but we never really thought about the build thinking that it was a frigidaire so no brainer…well, the first fridge we received had a very noticeable dent in the right hand door and some minor scratches near the top and the doors were terribly misalighned (the foot adjustments made no difference). I watched the delivery guys actually unpack and carry and place the fridge so i know it wasn't a delivery issue, no, these were problems from the factory. The store sent a door to replace the ither but it also had even more niticeanle scratches near the top of door and that door was also terribly misaligned so we called and received another entire fridge from the store. That fridge also has an even larger dimple in the front right hand door and less scratches at the top the doors but a very noticeable lump on top of the fridge that didnt even allow the fridge under the same counter location ss the first…at this point we are expecting the store to order us another, but my guess, it will be the same inferior product as the other two. This isn't a well built fridge for the price but just hoping now thst we will get an acceptable one with the reorder. Gave it one star for the operation of the fridge but thats it!
