It finally arrived (covid delay) and we are delighted with this freezer. It is frost-free, no exposed pipes on the inside like some other brands, and is well organized, keeping us organized. I bought some wire baskets so vacuum-packed foods wouldn't slide out. It has so much space between shelves that I want to get another shelf, but they don't seem to be making parts right now. The green light on the bottom (always on) is now our laundry room night light. Outer dimensions are good too: same depth as washer and dryer. Couldn't be happier with it.

We’ve had this freezer for about a month now and love it! It’s the perfect size for our family of 4. I like that there’s a green indicator light on the front, to let you know it’s plugged in and on. The only thing I wish it had was a chime to let you know the door is ajar. Twice now one of the kids didn’t close it all the way. Not a big deal but it would be a nice feature.

We are glad we bought it. I don’t know how we got along without it. I can store many of my favorite ice cream flavors.

My wife and I recently purchased our new Frigidaire freezer for a retirement gift to ourselves! In the last 42 years we've owned 3 Frigidaire freezers - the first was an antique when we bought it and worked perfectly until we sold it to buy a new large chest freezer for our then growing family - we raised 8 kids and just sold it (still working perfectly) and purchased this new upright for our retirement home!! Now THAT'S quality!_x000D_ _x000D_ Thank you Frigidaire for 42 years of faithful service!

I purchased this 13 cu ft upright freezer about one month ago because we needed some more freezer space as we are cooking at home more due to Covid-19. This is my first upright freezer which I like much, much, more than a chest freezer. The shelves are height adjustable and perfectly arranged. The temperature was "pre-set" for zero and easily adjustable up or down. We are very pleased with this purchase!

Needed a new freezer and the Frigidaire had best features for the price. Received it in less than a month compared to projected three months when we ordered.

My old Frigidaire chest freezer was on the verge of failing and I changed to the new upright for convenience. Very happy with my choice
