Love my new Frigidaire upright freezer. Have had a Frigidaire chest freezer for over 20 years that still works great and am passing it onto a younger friend. I was ready to switch to being more organized and readily finding the item I'm looking for. It is running quietly and I love the blue light that shines in the dark and the alarm that sounds if the door is open longer than five minutes. I'm really pleased with the large wire basket on the bottom, the four roomy shelves and all the storage on the inside of the door. Very happy with my purchase.

We needed to replace our 8 cubic foot chest freezer with something bigger that did not require digging around every time we needed something. The 13 cubic foot frigidare was perfect. Not only that, given the smaller size, it went into the basement easily.

Even cooling through the freezer, even on the “warmest” setting, which is placing the temperature selector just after the Off position. The food is plenty frozen for me on that setting, so why have the setting at a colder temperature? the ability to store smaller items on the inside part of the door is great!

Upon getting the freezer and plugging it in the light inside blinks continuously. I called the store I purchased it from they referred me to Frigidaire where I’ve called for days and can’t get a person on the phone. Customer service is horrible.

We are very happy with our freezer. It is smaller, but so much better than the chest freezer we had. Does not hold as much stuff as I thought it would, mainly because the shelves are so far apart. If you stack things it would be ok. love the lighting system inside, and the green light at the base to tell us it is on. Would recommend for someone who needs a small upright freezer.

Our old freezer died -- seals on door failed after many years of service. The new unit is so well sealed that we don't think it will ever fail.

Love the green floor light. Love the door shelves and the interior space. Perfect size to fit in my laundry room next to the washer/dryer. Grateful that I was able to flip the door to open the other way. Only suggestion I’d make is that it would be useful to have the green floor light go off when the door is left open.

Good amount of space and I like that’s it’s frost free.
