5 Couldn't be happier

Bought this upright to replace a small chest freezer we purchased over 19 years ago. The new freezer is frost free whereas the chest freezer was not. Really enjoy not having to take everything out of the freezer to defrost. Very happy with this freezer and would not hesitate to advise anyone seeking a new freezer to select this.

5 All around great!

This freezer is the perfect size for our house and we have no complaints. We were able to finally go to the grocery store and buy as much as we wanted because it all fits in the freezer now.

We have not fully put this to use. We had a problem when we switched the door from one side to the other with the gasket but got it resolved and everything seems to be fine.

5 Well built and designed freezer

They bill this freezer as a unit that cools/freezes evenly. This was especially important to me with it being an upright freezer. It definitely does what they say. Everything from top to bottom is cooled/frozen evenly. Very good amount of space and everything is easily accessible.

5 Cautiously Optimistic

I was surprised to see two of these in my local HD as everything I had seen said no freezers available until March 2021. I researched recent reviews and almost hesitated to purchase this item because there were people reporting several problems. However, thus far it’s operating properly. Time will tell.
