Freezer was delivered on time. The delivery men did their job quickly and efficiently. They walked me through all the features and operation of the freezer asking if I had any questions. I am very satisfied with the freezer.

Due to the Covid pandemic I was without a freezer for 6 months. I was so glad when I finally found one that the right size and price. I love the alarm on the door is great. It has saved me a couple of times when I didn't close it properly.

I purchased this product two weeks ago and have been enjoying it. Ample storage, simple operation, interior light and warning indicator are all great features. However, I tried to level the unit using the “plastic” casters and while turning counterclockwise as suggested in the manual, the plastic broke. Very disappointed that such cheap material was used to support the unit. Hoping it’s covered under the warranty.

Needed a new freezer on short notice cause our house was hit by a power surge and it took out the 10 year old Frigidaire that has served us so well. Freezers are in short supply due to the pandemic, but we found one, got it home, up and up and running and it is great. Super cold. Saved a ton of food that had started to thaw!
