So far a great appliance. Switching the door hinge was a little bit of a challenge due to manufacturer holes in encasement not matching threaded inserts. Being fairly handy I had clamps to pull in encasement to allow for the bolts to be inserted.

We bought this about a month ago and have been very pleased with it. One of the best features is the frost free. No more defrosting, YEAH! Great light inside so there is no struggle to see where various frozen items are located and an external light indicating the unit is on. Don't have to put an ear to the unit to see if it is running. :)

I bought this freezer specifically because the door could be reversed. On delivery we asked to reverse the door and was told it couldn’t be done. I contacted Home Depot about the issue and they sent someone out in about a week. They were able to reverse the door but the next day ice had formed on the door because it wasn’t sealing. Frigidaire sent a serviceman from Richardson’s appliance repair. His remedy was to use a blow dryer. The door still isn’t sealing and ice still forms. Home Depot contacted Frigidaire again and the serviceman is suppose to come Friday to hopefully fix the problem correctly this time. Hopefully he doesn’t just use the blow dryer again. I am very frustrated with this purchase. I have had the freezer for over a month and still not able to use it. I’m about ready to request a full refund and go elsewhere. I also purchased the extended warranty so it's probably a good thing I did.

I bought this upright freezer for extra food storage. It's very roomy, runs quite and I love the green light glow on the floor kn front letting me know the freezer is running problem free.

I bought this several weeks ago and so far I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Both sales and delivery from Lowes went smoothly, and the discount was welcome. Really happy with the green light and beeping that warns if the electric goes out. Already saved us once from losing evrything inside.It's taller than I expected, but slim and sleek looking for a fridge (no door handle sticking out enhances the look), and plenty of storage space both inside and on the door. Yes, 5 stars so far!

Old freezer quit keeping things cold so immediately looked for replacement, which I discovered is not a simple matter during a pandemic! Found this model available at one of the big box stores and brought it home. Working like a charm and very quiet.
