Frigidaire has a great reputation and was recommended not only by a friend but because of the research that I did before my purchase. If I had it to do over again, I would still purchased the same appliance.

Owned for a few weeks but very pleased. All items inside can be easily seen. Smaller size allows it to fit in tighter spaces.

I purchase this in December to replace an old freezer. I love this one since I do not have to reach down to get whatever I wanted.

We did all our research online, decided to go with this smaller model (it fit perfectly down our basement stairs) and keep our older one so as to divide different types of products in to each (the bigger model I had my eye on would not fit down the stairs)._x000D_ We get it down the stairs, unpackage it and discover that the rear upper corner was DAMAGED somehow in shipping(no apparent package damage). So, we decided to wait and make sure unit worked properly and call with problem. Works like a charm, interior design is great for circulation of cold air._x000D_ Looked online at your website and it states damage on exterior is considered NON-essential repair order. With the market on appliances being out of stock, what can you do?_x000D_ Just glad my wife is short so she constantly doesn't have to look at the dent._x000D_ Somehow, something pierced the cardboard that was @3/4 in x 1/8 in of size, caught corner, hit hard enough to leave indentation on styrofoam top without damaging exterior of styrofoam. Must have been something stacked on top of it. I used to work in a warehouse when I was younger and can't figure anything on a forklift doing this._x000D_ _x000D_ But I think it is a great product, but so is our 30 year old no name freezer that has a Matsushita compressor unit.
