Received delivery of freezer 2 weeks ago and am very happy with the performance of the unit. Everything is working fine in quietness, and the door seal is solid. Great value for the money.

The "Good Ole Days" got nuthin' on todaysMFG practices for solid, reliable appliances. We can be wistful, but man-o-man does the Frigidaire Freezer in queation perform! Modern, well designed, perfectly organized for storage and LOADED with features...what can I say?

We have had the freezer since May 14, 2020 when it was delivered to our house by two very fine young men. Kudos to the delivery team! So we've had the freezer for two weeks and 1 day. The freezer itself is superb and, thus far, has lived up to our expectations. It is the Power On LED (green) located below the door that is troublesome to us. It is intermittent at best, i.e., it does not stay on while while the unit is powered as indicated by its name and user manual. When it is off I have tapped it a few times and it might come back on. Unplugging the unit and plugging it back in will activate the LED for a spell. Opening the door and closing it might activate it for a spell. It is not clear how one would remove the LED assembly to replace the bulb (if that is even the root cause). Since the freezer is still under warranty, I called Frigidaire for guidance regarding the LED behavior. A technician suspects the LED is faulty and needs to be replaced. A replacement LED is to be delivered and the technician has scheduled his return trip. We'll see what happens.

I’m giving this 5 stars today, however it has only been in use for a couple of weeks. I’m very pleased with the appliance. Love the little security light. ( That lets you know all is ok) I have not checked into the bulb situation there! (: It runs quietly. As advertised!

i had the freezer a month now. the freezer works great. the seal on the door is excellent. the safety light on the door that lets you know if the power is off is one of the best. all of the positive reviews was the reason for my purchase.
